Wage: $25/hr.
Weekly hours: 20
Expected Duration: 20 days between Feb 5th and March 5th

About the Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment: As a grassroots, social justice community organization, ACCE Institute's mission is to build the leadership of those most impacted by injustice and inequality, empowering them to become leaders, and to create change in their communities. By coming together and becoming active, ACCE Institute leaders are driving innovative public policy solutions.
Election Outreach Worker Position: The Election Outreach Worker's responsibilities will be to engage in door-to-door outreach in order to motivate people to vote, as well as to engage community members on important issues. We provide paid training. Canvassing and/or community service experience is a plus, but not necessary. Must be able to work evenings between 2-7pm and the weekend before the election, March 2nd and 3rd.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols: This position will require field work (door-to-door canvassing). Proof of full vaccination is strongly encouraged.

- Dependable vehicle (Mileage reimbursed)
